Who runs this

ratemybrand.pro is operated by Andreas Michailidis (Drewskii), based in Greece (EU). Questions or requests: andreas@studiodrewskii.com.

What we collect

• The URL you submit. We fetch that page, screenshot it, and send its content to an AI model to produce the audit. Only submit URLs you have the right to analyze.
• Audit results. Stored for 1 hour, then automatically deleted. Result links stop working after that.
• Your email, only if you request a report. Used once to send that report. It is stored with the audit record and deleted with it (1 hour).
• Your IP address. Used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Kept in short-lived counters and server logs.

No cookies for tracking. No analytics profiles. No selling of data, ever.

Marketing emails are opt-in

The audit report email is transactional — you asked for it, we send it. You will only be added to a mailing list if you explicitly tick the opt-in box when requesting your report. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out any time by emailing andreas@studiodrewskii.com.

Who processes data for us

• Railway — hosting
• Upstash — short-lived storage (Redis, EU-compatible)
• Resend — email delivery
• Google Gemini / OpenRouter — AI analysis of the submitted page
• ScreenshotOne — page screenshots (fallback capture)

Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Since audit data self-deletes within an hour, most deletion requests resolve on their own — but email us and we will handle anything that remains (e.g. your address in our email provider).
